1.1 A bill for an act
1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements to the
1.3 administration building parking ramp.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
1.6 $255,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.7of administration to paint the Department of Administration building parking ramp and
1.8install new grates. This appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed
1.9or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
1.10 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
