                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to housing; appropriating money for the workforce homeownership​
1.3 program.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. TRANSFER AND APPROPRIATION; WORKFORCE​
1.6HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM.​
1.7 (a) $30,250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $30,250,000 in fiscal year 2027 are transferred​
1.8from the general fund to the housing development fund. This transfer is $30,250,000 in​
1.9fiscal year 2028 and each year thereafter.​
1.10 (b) $30,250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $30,250,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.11from the housing development fund to the commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance​
1.12Agency for the workforce homeownership program under Minnesota Statutes, section​
1.13462A.38.​
