1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; SAINT PAUL URBAN TENNIS.
1.6 $6,750,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.7of employment and economic development for a grant to Saint Paul Urban Tennis, a 501(c)(3)
1.8nonprofit organization, to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a new tennis and
1.9life learning community center. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until the
1.10project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
