1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; FAIRMONT OPERA HOUSE.​
1.5 $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to​
1.6the governing board of the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to the Fairmont Opera​
1.7House for installing roof braces to preserve the oldest operating theater in the state.​
