1.3 Recovery Resources.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; THRIVE FAMILY RECOVERY RESOURCES.​
1.6 $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Thrive Family Recovery​
1.8Resources for educating families and the workforce, offering nonbillable family peer services​
1.9throughout Minnesota, integrating generational trauma work for the family system, and​
1.10working with parents coming out of incarceration and child protective services to help​
1.11families heal together.​
