1.1 A bill for an act
1.2 relating to transportation; appropriating money for certain Trunk Highway 74
1.3 resurfacing in Winona County.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 74.
1.6 $1,200,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.7of transportation for resurfacing of marked Trunk Highway 74 from north of Elba to Winona
1.8County State-Aid Highway 30 in Winona County, including design, engineering, acquisition
1.9of right-of-way, and construction. The commissioner may use Otta seal, double Otta seal,
1.10or double chip seal to perform the project. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
1.11until June 30, 2028.
