1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; EARLY LEARNING SCHOLARSHIPS.​
1.6 $96,565,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $96,565,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.7from the general fund to the commissioner of children, youth, and families for the early​
1.8learning scholarships program under Minnesota Statutes, section 142D.25. This amount is​
1.9added to the base.​
