                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to health; appropriating money for housing with support for persons with​
1.3 serious mental illness.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; HOUSING WITH SUPPORT FOR PERSONS​
1.6WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS.​
1.7 $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $4,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.8the general fund to the commissioner of human services to provide adult mental health​
1.9grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 245.992, to support increased availability of housing​
1.10options with supports for persons with serious mental illness. This appropriation is added​
1.11to the base.​
