                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Bloomington to issue certain on-sale​
1.3 licenses to a municipally owned golf course.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. CITY OF BLOOMINGTON; ON-SALE BEER AND WINE LICENSE.​
1.6 Notwithstanding any other law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Bloomington​
1.7may issue an on-sale malt liquor license and an on-sale wine license for the Dwan Golf​
1.8Course, which is located in and owned by the city. The provisions of Minnesota Statutes,​
1.9chapter 340A, not inconsistent with this section, apply to the license issued under this​
1.10section. The city of Bloomington is deemed the licensee under this section, and the provisions​
1.11of Minnesota Statutes, sections 340A.603 and 340A.604, apply to the license as if the​
1.12establishment were a municipal liquor store.​
1.13 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective upon approval by the city of Bloomington​
1.14and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021.​
