1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. MINNESOTA STATE HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY;​
1.6APPROPRIATIONS.​
1.7 $100,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $110,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.8general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for the Minnesota State Horticultural Society​
1.9to provide resources and training to home gardeners, educators, community gardeners, and​
1.10urban farmers in Minnesota's cold climate growing conditions.​
