1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. 30,000 FEET; APPROPRIATION.​
1.5 $400,000 in fiscal year 2025 and $400,000 in fiscal year 2026 are appropriated from the​
1.6general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to​
1.730,000 Feet, a nonprofit organization, to fund youth apprenticeship jobs, wraparound​
1.8services, after-school programming, and summer learning loss prevention efforts targeted​
1.9at African American youth.​
