1.2 relating to transportation; amending definition of qualifying agricultural products​
1.3 for purposes of special farm products permits; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024,​
1.4 section 169.865, subdivision 1a.​
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 169.865, subdivision 1a, is amended to read:​
1.7 Subd. 1a.Definition.For purposes of this section, "qualifying agricultural products"​
1.8means:​
1.9 (1) agricultural crops, including but not limited to corn, soybeans, oats, grain, and​
1.10by-products of agricultural crops;​
1.11 (2) livestock, including but not limited to cattle, hogs, and poultry;​
1.12 (3) food crops, including but not limited to sugar beets, potatoes, carrots, and onions;​
1.13 (4) fluid milk;​
1.14 (5) seed and material used for or in livestock and poultry feed;​
1.15 (6) livestock manure; and​
1.16 (7) raw or processed grass seed; and​
1.17 (8) soybean oil.​
