1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 15, subdivision 16, is amended to​
1.7read:​

1.9District; Clarifiers​
1.10For a grant to the Western Lake Superior​
1.11Sanitary District to design, construct, and​
1.12rehabilitate four secondary clarifiers in the​
1.13district's wastewater treatment system.​
1.14Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section​
1.1516A.642, the bond sale authorization and​
1.16appropriation of bond proceeds for the project​
1.17in this subdivision are available until​
1.18December 31, 2029.​
