1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TRANSPORTING WOOD WASTE FOR​
1.6PROCESSING.​
1.7 $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.8of the Pollution Control Agency for a grant to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota​
1.9Nursery and Landscape Association to transport wood waste to wood waste facilities for​
1.10processing.​
