1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 $75,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $75,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.7general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for grants to the Southwest Minnesota State​
1.8University Foundation to support the Minnesota Agriculture and Rural Leadership program.​
