1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to human services; extending the expiration date of caregiver support 1.3 program appropriations; amending Laws 2024, chapter 127, article 53, section 2, 1.4 subdivision 13. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6 Section 1. Laws 2024, chapter 127, article 53, section 2, subdivision 13, is amended to 1.7read: 4,500,000-0- 1.8Subd. 13.Grant Programs; Aging and Adult 1.9Services Grants 1.10(a) Caregiver Respite Services Grants. 1.11$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is for caregiver 1.12respite services grants under Minnesota 1.13Statutes, section 256.9756. This is a onetime 1.14appropriation.
