1.2 relating to noxious weeds; requiring notice of entry for noxious weed inspections;​
1.3 amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 18.79, subdivision 3.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 18.79, subdivision 3, is amended to read:​
1.6 Subd. 3.Entry upon land.To administer and enforce sections 18.76 to 18.91, an​
1.7inspector or county-designated employee may enter upon land without consent of the owner​
1.8and without being subject to an action for trespass or any damages. Before entering upon​
1.9private land, an inspector or county-designated employee must notify the property owner​
1.10via mail.​
