1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for infrastructure improvements 1.3 and railroad relocation projects along marked Trunk Highway 95 in the city of 1.4 Cambridge; authorizing the sale and issue of state bonds. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6 Section 1. TRUNK HIGHWAY 95 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS. 1.7 $2,750,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation 1.8fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Cambridge for 1.9infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to traffic signals, street lighting, 1.10storm sewers, retention ponds, sanitary sewers, and water mains, on and along the marked 1.11Trunk Highway 95 reconstruction project in the city of Cambridge. 1.12 Sec. 2. RAILROAD TRACK RELOCATION. 1.13 $1,280,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds account in the state transportation 1.14fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Cambridge for 1.15preliminary engineering, final design, and construction of a project to relocate and improve 1.16the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad track at its intersection with marked Trunk 1.17Highway 95 in the city of Cambridge. 1.18 Sec. 3.
