1.1 A bill for an act 1.2 relating to employment; appropriating money for grants to programs to provide 1.3 employment support services to persons with mental illness. 1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; EVIDENCE-BASED EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT 1.6SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH MENTAL ILLNESS. 1.7 $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from 1.8the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for grants 1.9to programs that provide evidence-based employment support services to persons with 1.10mental illness under Minnesota Statutes, sections 268A.13 and 268A.14.
