1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. STATE BOARD OF CIVIL LEGAL AID.​
1.6 $42,997,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $54,675,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.7from the general fund to the State Board of Civil Legal Aid to be distributed to legal services​
1.8programs pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 480.242. The base for this appropriation​
1.9is $68,512,000 in fiscal year 2028 and $84,498,000 in fiscal year 2029.​
