1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; TASTE OF MINNESOTA.​
1.5 $1,846,500 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund​
1.6to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Minneapolis Downtown Council​
1.7to support the Taste of Minnesota event. This appropriation is for infrastructure and associated​
1.8costs, including but not limited to event build out, permits, waste management, staffing,​
1.9security, equipment rentals, signs, and insurance.​
