1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. [94.56] PROHIBITION ON ACQUIRING LAND AT AUCTION.​
1.6 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of natural​
1.7resources may not acquire real property at auction or accept real property that was acquired​
1.8by a third party at auction.​
