Thisbillmodifiesprovisionsrelatingtodonationsanddeliveryof
certainalcoholicbeveragesfornonresalepurposestoinclude
distilledspirits.
Undertheprovisionsofthisbill,asealthatisaffixedtoa
bottleorpackageofintoxicatingliquorshallnotrequiredtobe
brokenortornbeforethepurchasercarriestheintoxicatingliquor
fromtheretailer'spremises. Thebillalsoallowspersonswhoare
18yearsoroldertocarryintoxicatingliquortoapurchaser's
vehicleinaparkinglotadjacenttothelicensedpremisessolong
asthesalewasmadeincompliancewithChapter311,RSMo.
Additionally,thebillallowsforthedonationofbeer,distilled
spirits,orbrandy,inadditiontowinewhichisalreadyallowed
underthelaw,toacharitableorreligiousorganizationor
educationinstitutionforthesolepurposeofbeingauctionedfor
fund-raising.
