SectionA.Section233.095,RSMo,isrepealedandonenewsectionenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassection233.095,toreadasfollows:
233.095.Saidboardshallhaveauthoritytoexpend[notmorethanone-fourthof]the
2revenuewhichmaynoworwhichmayhereafterbepaidintoitstreasuryforthepurposeof
3gradingandrepairinganyroadsorstreetswithinthecorporatelimitsofanycitywithinsaid
4specialroaddistrictinconformitywiththeestablishedgradeofsaidroadsandstreetsinsaid
5citiesandforthepurposeofconstructingandmaintainingmacadam,gravel,rockorpaved
6roadsorstreetswithinthecorporatelimitsofanycitywithinthesaidspecialroaddistrictin
