2thereof,tobeknownassection43.400,toreadasfollows:
43.400.Asusedinsections43.400to43.410,thefollowingtermsmean:
2 (1)"Missingchild"or"missingjuvenile",anypersonwhoisundertheageof
3[seventeen] eighteenyears,whosetemporaryorpermanentresidenceisinthestateof
4MissouriorwhoisbelievedtobewithinthestateofMissouri,whoselocationhasnotbeen
5determined,andwhohasbeenreportedasmissingtoalawenforcementagency;
6 (2)"Missingchildreport",areportpreparedonastandardformsuppliedbythe
7Missouristatehighwaypatrolfortheusebyprivatecitizensandlawenforcementagenciesto
8reportmissingchildrenormissingjuvenileinformationtotheMissouristatehighwaypatrol;
9 (3)"Missingperson",apersonwhoismissingandmeetsoneofthefollowing
10characteristics:
11 (a)Isphysicallyormentallydisabledtothedegreethatthepersonisdependentupon
12anagencyoranotherindividual;
13 (b)Ismissingundercircumstancesindicatingthatthemissingperson'ssafetymaybe
14indanger;
15 (c)Ismissingunderinvoluntaryorunknowncircumstances;subjecttotheprovisions
16of(a),(b),(d),(e),and(f)ofthissubsection;
