Section1.1.Thegovernorisherebyauthorizedandempoweredtosell,transfer,
2grant,convey,remise,release,andforeverquitclaimallinterestofthestateofMissouri
3inpropertylocatedintheCityofKirksville,AdairCounty,Missouri,totheKirksville
4R-IIISchoolDistrict.Thepropertytobeconveyedismoreparticularlydescribedas
5follows:
6 AllofBlockthirtynine(39)oftheOriginalTown(NowCity)ofKirksville,
7 Missouri.
8 2.Thecommissionerofadministrationshallsetthetermsandconditionsforthe
9conveyanceasthecommissionerdeemsreasonable.Suchtermsandconditionsmay
