MissouriinlandlocatedintheCityofKirksvilleinAdairCounty
totheKirksvilleR-IIISchoolDistrict. Thelandtobeconveyed
isdescribedinthebill.
Anadditionallandtransferfromthestateregardinglandlocated
inCityofKirksvilletoTrumanStateUniversityisalso
authorized. Thelandtobeconveyedisdescribedinthebill.
AnadditionallandtransferinIroncountyfromtheDepartmentof
NaturalResourcestotheStateHighwaysandTransportation
Departmentisincluded.
ThebillalsoauthorizestheDepartmentofNaturalResourcesto
complywithanyfinaljudgmentinacourtofhighestjurisdiction
tosellaninterestinspecifiedpropertyinOregoncountythatis
currentlysubjecttoafederaleasementunder16U.S.C.23Section
1274(a)(2). Thisisatypeofsceniceasementforriversunderthe
federalWildandScenicRiversAct.
Inaddition,thebillauthorizestheconveyanceofstateproperty
inPikeCountytotheStateHighwaysandTransportation Commission.
TheCommissioneroftheOfficeofAdministration shallsetthe
termsandconditionsforallconveyancesofland.TheAttorney
Generalshallapprovetheformoftheinstrumentofconveyancein
