51 (6)Thegeneralassembly,supremecourt,countyormunicipalitymaybyrule, 52administrativeregulation,orordinanceprohibitorlimitthecarryingofconcealedfirearmsby HB1696 8 53permitorendorsementholdersinthatportionofabuildingowned,leasedorcontrolledby 54thatunitofgovernment.Anyportionofabuildinginwhichthecarryingofconcealed 55firearmsisprohibitedorlimitedshallbeclearlyidentifiedbysignspostedattheentranceto 56therestrictedarea.Thestatute,ruleorordinanceshallexemptanybuildingusedforpublic 57housingbyprivatepersons,highwaysorrestareas,firingranges,andprivatedwellings 58owned,leased,orcontrolledbythatunitofgovernmentfromanyrestrictiononthecarrying 59orpossessionofafirearm.Thestatute,ruleorordinanceshallnotspecifyanycriminal 60penaltyforitsviolationbutmayspecifythatpersonsviolatingthestatute,ruleorordinance 61maybedeniedentrancetothebuilding,orderedtoleavethebuildingandifemployeesofthe 62unitofgovernment,besubjectedtodisciplinarymeasuresforviolationoftheprovisionsof 63thestatute,ruleorordinance.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytoanyother 64unitofgovernment; 65 (7)Anyestablishmentlicensedtodispenseintoxicatingliquorforconsumptiononthe 66premises,whichportionisprimarilydevotedtothatpurpose,withouttheconsentofthe 67ownerormanager.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytothelicenseeofsaid 68establishment.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytoanybonafiderestaurant 69opentothegeneralpublichavingdiningfacilitiesfornotlessthanfiftypersonsandthat 70receivesatleastfifty-onepercentofitsgrossannualincomefromthediningfacilitiesbythe 71saleoffood.Thissubdivisiondoesnotprohibitthepossessionofafirearminavehicleonthe 72premisesoftheestablishmentandshallnotbeacriminaloffensesolongasthefirearmisnot 73removedfromthevehicleorbrandishedwhilethevehicleisonthepremises.Nothinginthis 74subdivisionauthorizesanyindividualwhohasbeenissuedaconcealedcarrypermitor 75endorsementtopossessanyfirearmwhileintoxicated; 46 (6)Thegeneralassembly,supremecourt,county,ormunicipalitymaybyrule, 47administrativeregulation,orordinanceprohibitorlimitthecarryingofconcealedfirearmsby 48permitholdersinthatportionofabuildingowned,leased,orcontrolledbythatunitof 49government.Anyportionofabuildinginwhichthecarryingofconcealedfirearmsis 50prohibitedorlimitedshallbeclearlyidentifiedbysignspostedattheentrancetotherestricted 51area.Thestatute,rule,orordinanceshallexemptanybuildingusedforpublichousingby 52privatepersons,highwaysorrestareas,firingranges,andprivatedwellingsowned,leased,or 53controlledbythatunitofgovernmentfromanyrestrictiononthecarryingorpossessionofa 54firearm.Thestatute,rule,orordinanceshallnotspecifyanycriminalpenaltyforitsviolation 55butmayspecifythatpersonsviolatingthestatute,rule,orordinancemaybedeniedentrance 56tothebuilding,orderedtoleavethebuildingandifemployeesoftheunitofgovernment,be 57subjectedtodisciplinarymeasuresforviolationoftheprovisionsofthestatute,rule,or 58ordinance.Theprovisionsofthissubdivisionshallnotapplytoanyotherunitofgovernment;
