This billallowsthedischargeofafirearmfromastationaryas authorizedundertheMissouriWildlifeCode. Thisbillalsoestablishes"Blair’sLaw"whichprovidesthata personcommitstheoffenseofunlawfuluseofaweaponif,with criminalnegligence,theydischargesafirearmwithinorintothe limitsofanymunicipality. Theseprovisionswillnotapplyifthe firearmisdischargedunderthecircumstanceslistedinthebill.
