SectionA.Sections300.155and304.281,RSMo,arerepealedandtwonewsections
2enactedinlieuthereof,tobeknownassections300.155and304.281,toreadasfollows:
300.155.Whenevertrafficiscontrolledbytrafficcontrolsignalsexhibitingdifferent
2coloredlights,orcoloredlightedarrows,successivelyoneatatimeorincombination,only
3thecolorsgreen,redandyellowshallbeused,exceptforspecialpedestriansignalscarryinga
4wordlegend,andsaidlightsshallindicateandapplytodriversofvehiclesandpedestriansas
5follows:
6 (1)Greenindication
7 (a)Vehiculartrafficfacingacirculargreensignalmayproceedstraightthroughor
8turnrightorleftunlessasignatsuchplaceprohibitseithersuchturn.Butvehiculartraffic,
9includingvehiclesturningrightorleft,shallyieldtheright-of-waytoothervehiclesandto
10pedestrianslawfullywithintheintersectionoranadjacentcrosswalkatthetimesuchsignalis
11exhibited;
12 (b)Vehiculartrafficfacingagreenarrowsignal,shownaloneorincombinationwith
13anotherindication,maycautiouslyentertheintersectiononlytomakethemovement
14indicatedbysucharrow,orsuchothermovementasispermittedbyotherindicationsshown

31andshallremainstandinguntilagreenindicationisshownexceptasprovidedinparagraph
32(b)ofthissubdivision;
33 (b)Thedriverofavehiclewhichisstoppedascloseaspracticableattheentranceto
34thecrosswalkonthenearsideoftheintersectionor,ifnone,thenattheentrancetothe
35intersectioninobediencetoaredsignal,maycautiouslyentertheintersectiontomakearight

46signal,maycautiouslyentertheintersectiontomakealeftturnontoaone-waystreet
47butshallyieldtheright-of-waytopedestriansandothertrafficproceedingasdirected

59asignormarkingonthepavementindicatingwherethestopshallbemade,butintheabsence
60ofanysuchsignormarkingthestopshallbemadeatthesignal.
304.281.1.Whenevertrafficiscontrolledbytrafficcontrolsignalsexhibiting

56 (4)Intheeventanofficialtrafficcontrolsignaliserectedandmaintainedataplace
57otherthananintersection,theprovisionofthissectionshallbeapplicableexceptastothose
58provisionswhichbytheirnaturecanhavenoapplication.Anystoprequiredshallbemadeat
59asignormarkingonthepavementindicatingwherethestopshallbemade,butintheabsence
60ofanysuchsignormarkingthestopshallbemadeatthesignal.
61 2.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection304.361,violationofthissectionisa
62classCmisdemeanor.
