67.930.Inanycountyinwhichthefederalgovernment,thestate,thecounty,and
2municipalitiescollectivelyownatleasttwentypercentofrealproperty,thestateandany
3departmentorpoliticalsubdivisionthereofshallbeprohibitedfrompurchasing
4additionalrealpropertyorreceivingrealpropertybymeansofdonation,gift,bequest,
5oranyothermethodofacquiringsuchrealpropertywithinsuchcountyunlessthe
6countycommissionadoptsaresolutionbyasimplemajorityinsupportofthepurchase
7orotheracquisition.
