FISCAL ANALYSIS
ASSUMPTION
Officials from Department of Economic Development, Department of Elementary and
Secondary Education, Department of Mental Health, Missouri House of Representatives,
Legislative Research, and the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules each assume the
proposal will have no impact on their respective organizations. Therefore, Oversight will reflect
a zero impact in the fiscal note.
Officials from the Missouri Senate assume the proposal could have a negative fiscal impact to
reimburse 3 senators for travel to the 21St Century Missouri Broadband Deployment Task Force
meetings. Details are in the attached analysis. In summary, it will cost approximately $384 per
meeting.
For purposes of this fiscal note, Oversight assumes the expenses of the Joint Contingent
Appropriation would be minimal and not material enough to include in this fiscal note.
For purposes of this fiscal note, Oversight will not report a fiscal impact as it relates to this
section.
