AsofDecember31,2021,the"MeatProcessingFacilityInvestment
TaxCreditAct"nolongerauthorizestheissuanceoftaxcredits.
ThisbillreauthorizessuchcreditsuntilDecember31,2028,and
limitstheeligibilitytotaxpayerswhoownameatprocessing
facilityinthisstateandemployacombinedtotaloffewerthan
500individualsinallmeatprocessingfacilitiesownedbythe
individualorentity.Additionally,thisbillremovesasharedcap
of$2millionwiththeQualifiedBeefTaxCreditAct,andallows
theMeatProcessingFacilityInvestmentTaxCreditActtohavean
individualcapof$2million,annually.
