Thisbillspecifiesthat,anindividualwithasuperiorclaimto
thedispositionofthedeceasedmaybenotifiedinpersonorby
writtennoticewithdeliveryconfirmation,ratherthan"personally
servedwithwrittennotice"byapersonwithaninferiorclaimwho
hasthedesiretoexercisetherighttocontrolthefinal
dispositionofthedeceased.
