7not,subjecttorights-of-waythereonofpublicutilitiesuponwhichtaxhasbeenotherwise

20privatepersontotestifyastothereasonablevalueoftheproperty,andifthecourtfindsthat
21adequateconsiderationhasbeenpaid,heshallconfirmthesaleandorderthesherifftoissuea
22deedwithrestrictionasprovidedhereintothepurchasersubjecttotheapplicationofan
23occupancypermitforallparcelsasprovidedinsubsection[5]7ofthissection.Ifthecourt
24findsthattheconsiderationpaidisinadequate,thepurchasermayincreasehisbidtosuch
25amountasthecourtmaydeemtobeadequate,whereuponthecourtmayconfirmthesale.If,
26however,thepurchaserdeclinestoincreasehisbidandmakesuchadditionalpayment,then
27thesaleshallbedisapproved,thelienofthejudgmentcontinued,andsuchparcelofreal
28estateshallbeagainadvertisedandofferedforsalebythesherifftothehighestbidderat
29publicauctionforcashatanysubsequentsheriff'sforeclosuresale.
30 3.Ifthesaleisconfirmed,thecourtshallordertheproceedsofthesaleappliedinthe

56 6.Forthepurposeofthissection,theterm"occupancypermit"shallmeanthe
57certificateof[useand]inspectionoroccupancypermitforresidentialorcommercial
58structuresasprovidedforintherevisedmunicipalcodeofanycitynotwithinacounty,
59whichnowhasormayhereafterhaveapopulationinexcessofthreehundredthousand
60inhabitants.
61 [6.]7.Ifthereisabuildingorstructureontheparcel,thepurchasershallapplyforan
62occupancypermitfromthecityorappropriategovernmentalagencywithintendaysafterthe
63confirmationhearing.Anypurchaserwhoisapubliccorporationactinginagovernmental
64capacityshallnotberequiredtoacquiretheoccupancypermit.Whenaparcel,acquiredata
65sheriffsale,containingabuildingissoldfromapubliccorporationactinginagovernmental
66capacity,thesubsequentpurchasershallberequiredtoapplyfortheoccupancypermit.
67Failuretoapplyforsuchoccupancypermitwithintendaysafterconfirmationshallresultin
68thesaleandconfirmationbeingimmediatelysetasidebythemotionofanyinterestedparty
69andthatparcelshallagainbeadvertisedandofferedforsalebythesherifftothehighest
70bidderatpublicauctionforcashatanysubsequentsheriffforeclosuresale.
