Nurse(ARPN)oraphysicianassistant. Currently,lawonlyallows
foraphysicianorpodiatrist.
Currently,APRNsprovidingnursingservicesunderacollaborative
practicearrangementcanonlypracticewithin75milesofthe
collaboratingphysician,withcertainexceptions. Thisbill
removesthegeographicproximityrequirements.
Thisbillhasanemergencyclause.
