theGeneralRevenueFund.Thisbillspecifiesthiscollateralwill
gointotheSolidWasteForfeituresAccountPostclosureFundand
anyforfeitedfundsfromsolidwastefacilitiescurrentlyinthe
GeneralRevenueFundwillbetransferedtothePostclosureFund.
Inaddition,thebillauthorizesthefundstobeexpendedforthe
implementation ofcorrectiveaction,inadditiontoclosureand
postclosureplans.
PROPONENTS: Supporterssaythatthisbillthattheforfeitedfunds
currentlygototheGeneralRevenueFund,butcanonlybeusedfor
