Oversight does not have any information to the contrary. Therefore, Oversight will reflect a zero impact in the fiscal note. The DOC states there was only one person released from FY 2019 through FY 2021 whose most serious sentence was under section 568.060. The offense class was B and the person served 3.8 years in prison with the department.
