person'shighestannualizedfinalaveragesalaryor$10,000,
withoutadiscontinuance oftheperson'sretirementallowances.
BeginningJuly1,2024,aninflationarycomponentmayalsobe
appliedtothe$10,000minimumlimit.
Thebillalsochangestheamountthatanyoneretiredunderthe
PublicSchoolRetirementSystemmayearnworkingforadistrictin
anycapacityafterretirementfrom60%oftheminimumteacher
salarytotheannualearningexemptionapplicabletoSocial
Securityrecipientsforthecalendaryearthattheschoolyear
began.
