repair,maintainorconstructthefence.Theownerorcontractor
isnotliablefordamagesforclearinganytrees,brush,or
vegetationwithinthe10footboundaryordivisionfence.
Theownerorcontractordoesnotcommittheoffenseoftrespassor
isnotliableforconductauthorizedinthebill,exceptsuchowner
isliableforanydamagesnotallowedthatarecausedbythe
owner'sorcontractor'sentryontotheadjoiningproperty.
