Uponvoterapproval,thisproposedConstitutional amendment
clarifiesthatonlycitizensoftheUnitedStatesareeligibleto
vote.Theresolutionrequiresthatvoterscastasinglevotefor
eachofficeorissue.Additionally,itrequiresthattheplurality
winnerofanypoliticalpartyprimaryelectionbetheonly
candidateforthatpoliticalpartyontheballotattheGeneral
Election.
Theresolutionalsorequirestheuseofpaperballotsandvoting
recordswhicharepreservedforuseinanyelectionaudit.Voting
machineswillbetestedandcertifiedassecureunderfederal
standardspriortoeachelection.

AssemblyunderChapter116,RSMo.
