Apersoncommitstheoffenseofharassmentofaschoolorrecreationathleticcontestofficialifthe
harassmentoccurswhiletheofficialisactivelyengagedintheconducting,supervising,refereeing,
orofficiatingofaschool-sanctionedathleticcontestorasanctionedrecreationathleticcontest,or
intheimmediatevicinityofaschool-sanctionedathleticcontestorasanctionedrecreationathletic
contestandisbasedontheofficial'sperformanceinconducting,supervising,refereeing,or
officiatingofanathleticcontest.
Apersonwhocommitstheoffenseofharassmentofaschoolorrecreationathleticcontestofficial
willbefinednomorethan$500,imprisonedfornomorethan90days,orboth.Inaddition,the
personwillbeorderedtoperformcourt-approvedcommunityserviceworkandtoparticipateina
court-approvedcounselingprogram.
Apersoncommitstheoffenseofentryorremainingonsiteofaschoolorrecreationathletic
contestiftheperson,withoutauthority,goesintooruponorremainsinorupon,orattemptstogo
intooruponorremaininorupon,anyimmovablepropertythatisusedforanyschoolor
recreationathleticcontestafterhavingbeenforbiddentodosobyanyowner,lessee,orcustodian
ofthepropertyorbyanyotherauthorizedperson.Apersonwhocommitsthisoffensewillbefined
nomorethan$500,imprisonedfornomorethansixmonths,orboth.
