Beginningin2024,theamountofcompensationbenefitsareadjusted
totheConsumerPriceIndexforAllUrbanConsumers,asreportedby
theUnitedStatesDepartmentofLabor.Theannualadjustmentwould
notdecreasethecompensationbenefitpaidtoaclaimanttoless
than$100,000.
