ThisbillspecifiesthattheGeneralAssemblyrepealsanylimitson
thenumberofcomprehensivemarijuanalicensesestablishedin
regulations. ThisbillspecifiesthattheDepartmentofHealthand
HumanServicesshallissueacomprehensivemarijuanalicensetoany
qualifiedapplicant,providedthattheDepartmentmaydenya
licensetoanapplicanttocomplywiththe10%capforownershipof
licensesestablishedundertheConstitutionofMissouri.
