ASSUMPTION
Officials from the Missouri Ethics Commission (MEC) assume the proposal will have no fiscal
impact on their organization. It is assumed this prohibition would result in a minimal number of
complaints. However, if this assumption is incorrect the Commission may require additional staff
resources.
