4144.010to144.525forthepurposeofimprovingthepublicsafetyforsuchcityincluding, 5butnotlimitedto,expendituresonequipment,cityemployeesalariesandbenefits,and 6facilitiesforpolice,firefighters,andemergencymedicalproviders.Thetaxauthorized 7bythissectionshallbeinadditiontoanyandallothersalestaxesallowedbylaw,except 53thanthetenthdayofeachmonththedirectorofrevenueshalldistributeallmoneys 54depositedinthetrustfundduringtheprecedingmonthtothecitythatleviedthetax. 55Suchfundsshallbedepositedwiththecitytreasurerofeachsuchcity,andall 56expendituresoffundsarisingfromthetrustfundshallbebyanappropriationacttobe 57enactedbythegoverningbodyofeachsuchcity.Expendituresmaybemadefromthe 58fundforanyfunctionsauthorizedintheordinanceororderadoptedbythegoverning 59bodysubmittingthetaxtothevoters. 60 6.Thedirectorofrevenuemaymakerefundsfromtheamountsinthetrustfund 61andcreditedtoanycityforerroneouspaymentsandoverpaymentsmade,andmay
