ofdirectorswiththenumberofdirectorsnotlessthanthenumber
oftownshipsinthecounty.Eachtownshipwithinthecountymust
electonedirectortotheboard.
BeginningwithanyelectionafterAugust28,2023,thisbill
repealstheprovisionwheretheboardofdirectorsiselected.
ThisbillisthesameasHB2326(2022).
