Thebillalsocreatestheoffenseofpromotingasuicideattempt,
whichisaclassEfelony.Apersoncommitstheoffenseof
promotingasuicideattemptifheorsheabusesanelderlyperson,
apersonwithadisability,oravulnerablepersonandsuchabuse
significantlycontributedtothevictim'ssuicideattempt.
