orotherwisedisabletheelectronicmonitoringequipment.Thebillspecifiesthattheoffenseof
tamperingwithelectronicmonitoringequipmentwhenapersonfailstochargeorotherwise
disablestheequipmentisaclassEfelony,unlesstheoffenseforwhichthepersonwasplacedon
electronicmonitoringwasamisdemeanor,inwhichcaseitisaclassAmisdemeanor.
