Currently,uptotwochildrenwhoarefiveyearsoldorolderthat
arerelatedtothechildcareproviderwithinthethirddegreewill
notbeincludedinthemaximumnumberofchildrenforwhichthe
familychildcarehomeislicensed. Asspecifiedinthisbill,any
childrenrelatedtothechildcareproviderwithinthethirddegree
willnotbecounted,eveniftherearemultiplemembersresponsible
forthechildcarehomethathaverelatedchildrenbeingserved
there.
